Korean Brisket Sandwich Dinner
Brisket from Slagel Farms is slow-smoked over oak and pecan and finished in a house-made Korean BBQ sauce. Sandwich will be served with our house-made kimchi pickles, an Asian cabbage, and pear coleslaw. Meal Includes: Korean Brisket Sandwich topped with our house-made kimchi pickles and an Asian cabbage and pear coleslaw served on a brioche bun. A side of our maple brown sugar baked beans. A salad with spinach, red onions, carrots, and a gochujang vinaigrette. A brown butter chocolate chip cookie. – $20

Vegetarian Dinner-Vegetarian “Brisket” Sandwich Dinner
We make our own seasoned BBQ Seitan and braise it in Korean bbq sauce, then we sear it on a very hot grill. Sliced bbq seitan will be served with our house-made kimchi pickles and an Asian cabbage and pear coleslaw. Meal Includes: BBQ Seitan Sandwich on a brioche bun with house-made kimchi pickles and an Asian cabbage and pear coleslaw. A side of our maple brown sugar baked beans. A salad with spinach, red onions, carrots, and a gochujang vinaigrette. A brown butter chocolate chip cookie. -$20
Smoked Meats
Brisket (1/2 lb)
Fresh chopped brisket from Slagel Farms in Fairbury, IL. Brisket is seasoned simply with salt and pepper to let the beef and smoke flavors shine. Low smoked for 12-16 hours over a combination of oak and pecan and tossed with our cold brew coffee bbq sauce. Instructions for reheating will be included. Great on
sandwiches or added to your homemade pizzas, nachos, or hash. – $10
Smoked Meats
Pulled Pork (1/2 lb)
Fresh pork shoulder from Slagel Farms in Fairbury, IL. Seasoned with our homemade rub and smoked for 10-12 hours over a combination of oak and maple. Tossed with our cold brew coffee bbq sauce. Instructions for reheating will be included. – $8
